Jen Clements is the Strategic Development Officer for ALOVE UK in Scotland.  With a background in health promotion, community development and funding Jen helps local Salvation Army centres/churches develop new and innovative models of  youth provision. When she's not developing strategy or filling out funding applications you can find her at the cinema eating popcorn or at home watching trash tv with the lovely Paul.
