Kenny Borthwick has been a Church of Scotland Parish Minister for 27 years. He was converted at the age of 13 at a Scripture Union camp and knew the call of God to ministry the same day on which he received Christ. He served in the Orkney and in the far North of Scotland before being called to Wester Hailes, an urban Priority Area in Edinburgh, 5 years ago. He speaks regularly at conferences and events for leaders throughout the UK and in other countries. His passion is to see people coming to know the Father heart of God in Christ. He also wants to see a church arise in Scotland that looks like Jesus and does His Kingdom works. He has recently taken up golf as his knee cannot cope with squash any more! He is married to Morag and they have 2 grown up children
