Crawford currently works for YMCA Scotland in the role of Senior Youth Worker. His career has been spent working in the fields of HIV Prevention, Health Promotion and Youth Work. Crawford is married with two sons and is an Elder of St Johns Evangelical Church in Linlithgow.
